In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Review project quotations, technical specifications, and documentation to ensure accurate order entry into plant systems
Lead internal coordination activities, including kickoff meetings and alignment across functions such as engineering, supply chain, production, and quality
Oversee project execution within the plant, ensuring timelines, cost targets, and quality standards are met
Act as the main point of contact for production-related project updates and issue resolution
Manage documentation workflows, including submission, feedback handling, and alignment with customer expectations
Evaluate and coordinate customer-driven changes, including assessing cost and timeline impacts
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation or recovery actions
Ensure readiness for inspections and support testing activities, resolving non-conformities efficiently
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet delivery targets and support overall business performance
Provide accurate reporting and maintain visibility on milestones, timelines, and project status

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 29000 & 55000 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. This role is covered by the Industria Metalmeccanica Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which defines the applicable compensation structure and progression ( CCNL Metalmeccanici — Assolombarda ).
