The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape purchasing and trading activity across Europe. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Europe, you will manage device sales opportunities and purchasing requirements across European markets for external and internal channels, working closely with supply chain operations, commercial teams and supplier partners to ensure products are available at the right time, at the right value and in line with client and business needs. You will use market insight, data and supplier relationships to support revenue growth, improve fulfilment and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing European supply chain team.
What you will do:
- Forecast, plan and manage purchasing activity across European channels in line with customer demand and business priorities.
- Build effective supplier relationships and support continuous improvement in quality, fulfilment and service through regular performance feedback.
- Negotiate purchase/sale pricing and commercial terms across product types, clearly tracking value delivered across suppliers and categories.
- Manage purchase/sales administration, stock ageing and device lifecycles to help reduce obsolescence and maximize commercial value.
- Develop demand planning approaches that support timely procurement and effective inventory decisions.
- Proactively identify device sales opportunities, while also partnering with commercial teams on new business opportunities, providing clear analysis and supply chain input.
- Support sales and revenue performance by using data, market insight and commercial judgement to improve efficiency and manage risk.
- Contribute ideas and improvements that support new channels, evolving product requirements and changing customer needs.
What you will bring:
- Experience in supply chain trading, purchasing, procurement, commercial trading or a related field.
- Experience working in the telecommunications, mobile phone or consumer electronics market is essential, particularly where you have used market insight to identify trends or opportunities.
- Experience negotiating pricing, commercial terms or service agreements with suppliers or partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence using data to support decisions, explain recommendations and track commercial outcomes.
- A collaborative communication style and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organise, interpret and present data clearly.
- Professional working proficiency in English. Additional European language skills, such as Italian, Hungarian, German, Spanish or French, would be an advantage.
You will be organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to communicate clearly, manage priorities and use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to support daily activities and reporting.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, can adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable sharing ideas that help improve how we work.
Pay, benefits and development
- Full time base salary range: €42,100 – €54,800 based on 14 salary instalments
- Full time is classed as 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Bonus or variable pay: 10% performance bonus based on 70% company and 30% individual performance. Paid March 2027 (pro-rated).

Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)
