The HR Generalist & Reporting Specialist supports both operational HR activities and HR reporting, ensuring efficient people processes and providing data-driven insights to support HR and business decision-making. The role combines HR operations, workforce analytics, and organizational support within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and employee documentation.

Maintain accurate employee data and organizational structures within the HR Information System (HRIS).

Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to support HR processes, policies, and organizational initiatives.

Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business and HR decision-making.

Analyze workforce data, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs, and organizational trends.

Support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities related to headcount and HR costs.

Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement of HR reporting processes by leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Reporting, HR Analytics, or a similar HR role.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Solid knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Power BI.

Experience working with HRIS systems and HR reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of English; experience in a multinational environment is considered a plus.
In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria)
Employment Category: White-collar employee
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): between €26.843,44 and € 33.058,74 gross per year, paid over 13 monthly installments.
The position within the salary range and the corresponding job classification level (C2, C3, B1 or B2 under the applicable CCNL) will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
