We are looking for a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across our High Voltage Technology organization.
In this role, you will work closely with Technology Center R&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support teams to ensure consistent application of quality processes, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will support internal and external audits , strengthen process governance , and use performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement .

How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the development , implementation , maintenance , and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System in alignment with business requirements , standards , and regulations
Standardize IMS processes , policies , and procedures across R&D, Global Product Support , and Technology Centers, ensuring consistent adoption and effective governance
Coordinate and support internal , Technology Center, GPS, and external certification audits , analyzing findings and driving corrective action plans for identified non- conformities
Monitor R&D and GPS process performance using defined metrics , data analysis , and statistical methods to identify trends , deviations , risks , and improvement opportunities
Integrate customer feedback, Lessons Learned , NCR, and quality data into the IMS to strengthen processes and support continuous improvement
Provide guidance and training to R&D Quality Managers and relevant teams, promoting quality awareness , accountability , and consistent application of IMS requirements
Solid knowledge of ISO certification , auditing practices , applicable regulations and standards, and the management of changes to quality systems and requirements
Experience in process performance management, analytics , continuous improvement , and the standardization of cross- functional business processes
Knowledge of R&D and product development quality processes, including Gate Models , APQP, New Product Introduction , or Global Product Support environments
